It is my painful duty to ask you to kindly convey to His Excellency the Governor Sir Henry Blake, 3.0.1.3., the exoression of my very deep regret at the sad intelligence of the death of Her Most Gracious Majesty The Queen Victoria, and to request His Excellency to accept my sympathy and that of the Portuguese Community of dongkong in the loss The Royal Family and the Country have just sustained.
